As part of the VE Day celebrations, MHAS Trustees Ian Lisseman and John Howarth were recently invited to attend the Anglia Business Exhibition locally to both provide an exhibit a well as being asked to give a Keynote Address to the 7.30am (so an early start!) Breakfast with some 50 East Anglia Businesses about the role of the RAF and USAAF at Martlesham Heath.

Ian was then also invited to cut the ribbon for the formal opening. Although it was essentially a "trade" event, it was also open to the public and by lunchtime over 150 of the public had come in. An interesting day and some free publicity!
